Mr Khuong has an accomplished resume such as a valedictorian, graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia University, and had a celebrated career in business, technology, and government.
Mr. Khuong retired as a VP of MDA Engineering Inc. after a long career with Bechtel Engineering Corporation. Prior to the fall of Vietnam in 1975, Mr. Khuong held several important positions in the South Vietnam government such as Director of Industrial Development Center, Director General of Industrial Development Bank of Vietnam, Deputy Minister of Economy, Vietnam.
